Hegemony of New Albion
This cluster of Solomani
member states occupies a small corner of the Staai subsector
of Dark Nebula. Rather than each world in the Hegemony sending a
representative
to Terra, they banded
together under the leadership
of New Albion, a planet in the Oskkan system
(2834 Dark Nebula).
