My demeanor is normally a bit louder than average and when I get into the upper but still conscious regions of the blood alcohol curve, my voice becomes somewhat louder still. I hit the sack around 1:20-1:30am and woke with a splitting headache at about 7:20am. The damage was easily cured by three plates at Shoneys. The root cause of the trouble was too many varieties of beer consumed, including a Heineken someone slipped me in the dark. If I really was as drunk and as foolish as a couple of detractors have started to intimate, I probably would have obliged when a few trouble makers suggested that I wake the camp with some exhaust songs around 12:45am.
