Hey all,

I arrived safely back home at 3:30 pm today. I actually started rolling at
about 4:30 am from West-Mar. 626 miles in 11 hours. A personal best. 

Although the weather was cool and pleasant in Maryland and Virginia, it
turned into the pit of hell in North Carolina and got worse the farther I
got. I passed electronic signes showing 105+ F. Ugh.

I had a great time and feel it was well worth the effort. My little boy
seems happy to have his Daddy home in time for his party. :-)

A more detailed trip report will follow. After the party and a nap.
