For the most part, the RCR is just a bunch of mostly east coast, mostly internet connected motorcyclists getting together for a weekend. Some folks end up doing SS1Ks to get there but there is no affliation with the Iron Butt org. Its kind of a rally, in that a hundred or so motorcyclists all get together but you won't find any official events, no manufacters, etc. Where (for this year) is Rider's Roost in NC. The time frame is late July. Af for who goes, that varies from year to year. There is a core group that has been to most of them but the bulk of the folks come from various regional mailing lists (like SERIDERS) from all over the east coast. With the RCR being in the southern part of the suggested geographic boundaries, I suspect a lot of folks off the southern mailing lists (TRIDOD, SERIDERS, etc) will show up. I think its a blast but fun is often in the eye of the beholder (or beer holder, as the case may be). Sorry, can't help with the Uzbekistan question, though I can tell you where the region is located....
