I made it!   YOU can call back the search parties.
Just under 3K miles.  This is the first year that I actually acrued more
mileage than Fredneck.
(Now officially known as fast freddy after trailing him through the BRP.)
Voted Most Improved Rider thisyear!   Giddyap!

I, too went to Asheville, NC before the RCR and rode with the MIG cruisers.
Sweet group of people.
We tore up the dragon several times and a good time was had by all.
Tragically, A local bought it on the Cherahola (sp?) Skyway not 5 minutes
in front of us.
Always sobering.    Ride careful out there!

Anyway, FOR the RCR, Mr. Bill did his usual magic, making the Duchess
appear to be a Hayabusa while Chrispy & I struggled to keep up.  I still
think that MrBill must've had that thing punched out to 3 liters during the
last overbore!    X-)

AFter the RCR, I rode to Virginia BEach, VA to meet some of my local Pgh
buddies, which much riding (and lie swapping) took place, then I rode to
Silver Spring, MD (20 mins north of the DC beltway) to stay with family for
a few days and sightsee MD.

Took the long way home (natcherly!) and am now practicing doing NOTHING as
hard as I humanly can.
