Solaku: a Description

While nominally under the administration of the Lirian Conglomerate, Solaku has yet to see any real benefits from membership.  On the other hand, the Conglomerate does collect full contributions from the system.  While the impersonal bureaucracy that runs Solaku is supportive of membership, public opinion is generally opposed.  Occasionally the resentment boils over into violence, but in general off-worlders have little to fear.
