Mithras: a Description

Mithras is the site of an Imperial exile prison; convicted individuals are deported to the world where they begin life anew.  Although environmental conditions are harsh, the opportunities on Mithras have made it a showcase of rehabilitation.  Opportunities for self-discipline and self-improvement, and periodic sentence review (this is not a life sentence prison) allows these convicts to turn themselves around.  Indeed, many go on to success as recruits in the IISS and Ministry of Colonization.
