Occasional shipments are available at the Scout Base to be shipped to Djinni.
Despite the destination being a Red Zone, such shipments are permitted,
and will be addressed to Aleem Vren. The cargos are usually small,
in the 20t range, and consist of equipment such as radio responders for
the starport construction unit.
