The starport on Pirema is fully automated. This is not saying much,
as the starport does little more than run a continuous beacon and furnish
radio directions to the local dea for refuelling.
There are rarely any people in sight. Occasionally there will
be a local miner or two in from the mountain ranges.
Octagon Society
There is an Octagon Society shelter in the mountain ranges. Unlike
the one on KKirka, it is not in regular use. It is, however, in good
condition despite this.
