Two MiGo sticks, in good condition

When operated, emit an icy mist that looks like thick fog. The mist moves at 30mph (44 ft/s) and 30ft across. The fog engulfs unless victim can move out. If engulfed, take d10 damage (reduced by "armor"). Normally it would be played over the target for several rounds. The victim appears to have frozen to death.
