In a huge ceremony here on Mora, newly-appointed Archduke Norris of
the Domain of Deneb officially took up residence in the capital of the
Marches. Honored in last year's Holiday List for his part in almost
single-handedly negotiating the Treaty of Quar, the former Duke of Regina
seemed comfortable and confident in his new duties.
