Gorram Red Zone Reinforced

An Imperial Special Commission today announced measures to reinforce the Red Zone status of Gorram (2322 Spinward Marches; X554220-0). An academic research mission from the University of Mora in 1119 confirmed that the developmental status of the indiginous population justified the indefinite continuation of the Red Zone. At the same time, it observed violations of the zone status. The Commission ruled that Imperial Navy forces should be assigned to protect the inhabitants of the system.

As a result, the Imperial Navy has announced that the Gionetti class light cruiser Harrison, along with the Midu Agashaam class destroyers March Hare and Paul's Boutique, will be enforcing the Red Zone in the Gorram system. The ships will operate out of the naval base at Capon (2324 Spinward Marches; B747748-A).
