Pirates Raid Far Trader

In the first sighting of the pirate ship Berlin since the Arden crisis last year, the notorious pirate Robin Sherwood raided the far trader Queen Bee soon after the small ship came out of jump. System Defense Boats were scrambled, but unable to reach the scene until the cargo had been removed. System Navy forces could merely watch as the Berlin jumped out of the system.

The entire cargo of the far trader, 45 tons of specialty plant materials, were taken. The crew of the Queen Bee were reportedly treated with respect and were unharmed. No personal items were taken from the ship, just the cargo. The cargo was apparently not insured.
