Scorpionis Capital Open for Business

In honor of the new status of Joloch as a member of Scorpionis, government functions have been transferred here. Today the Press Agency announced that the capital of Scorpionis has opened for business in the city of Uliacha here on Joloch.

All departments are fully operational here, with apparently very little disturbance of the usual city business. Although this is a temporary relocation, to celebrate the new member of Scorpionis, no date has yet been given for returning the administration to Scorpiu.
