It is believed that the ship encountered a period of solar instability when emerging from jump, and was destroyed instantly. There are no survivors from the crew of ten.
The official date of loss of the H.M.S. Third Eye has been recorded
as on or about 060-1121. The ship was owned and operated by the Marquis
Marcus Crestworthy of Pallique (3029 Spinward Marches; A511965-E);
the Imperial Noble was not on board at the time.
