Carrillan Assembly: The second largest human-dominated
political entity in Reaver's Deep, it is composed of a group of federated
worlds joined for the mutual regulation of trade, economic coordination,
and common defense. The administrative center of the Assembly lies in the
Carrillan Belt (2330 Reavers' Deep): a system
which is currently in the grip of an increasingly repressive police state.
