The Wonstar Development Corporation is a front for an Imperial psionic
research organization. They carry out research through regular,
legitimate, academic researchers. They fund these researchers in
the understanding that they get full uncensored reports.
The WDC is just a regular covert operation. It does have
substantial Imperial Navy support to protect its secrecy, via an
Imperial Warrant holder on Wonstar itself.
A new headquarters complex is currently being constructed in the
mountains of the northern hemisphere on Wonstar. This
vast complex is to become the center of all Imperial psionic research
as carried out under the auspices of the Wonstar Development
Corporation. The corporate front headquarters remain in the city
of Starcom.
