nobles. The tech level code refers to accommodations available at the small
starport; the rest of the planet
is wilderness and undisturbed ocean. The planet has a standard atmosphere,
despite its small size, because of the planet's high density. Many have
tried to convince the world's owners to allow mining of the heavy metals
here. So far they have refused all advances by mining interests, claiming
